Over the course of the summer months, we are excited to present a series of culinary events that promise to both surprise and delight.

Together with his team, Executive Chef James Hackney will collaborate with regional celebrity chefs, mixologists, and entertainers to offer guests curated and unique events overlooking beautiful Pleasant Bay. Below is a preview of what's to come...

Celebrate Cape Cod - Thursday, June 29th, 6:00pm, Croquet Lawn

Sun drenched days and starlit nights…celebrate the arrival of summer with us! Enjoy an array of food stations complemented by beer and wine tastings. Our Executive Chef, James Hackney and local industry friends, Chef Matt Tropeano from Spoon and Seed, Chef/Owner, Christophe Gest from Pain D'Avignon and Chef Jason O'Toole from Pizza Barbone and The Cape Cod Creamery will join Devil's Purse, Hog Island Brewery and First Crush Winery. The Lori Columbo Trio will be featured this evening.

From Dock to Dish - Thursday, July 13th, 6:00pm, Garden Terrace

The night will begin with a welcome reception overlooking Pleasant Bay with treats from local shellfish farmer Steve Wright. A three-course wine dinner will follow featuring celebrated Chef Matt Ginn from Evo in Portland, Maine using the Cape's finest ingredients. Wine educator Len Presutti will offer the perfect pairings from the renowned Burgundian producer Joseph Drouhin. Solo classical guitarist Joseph Halajko will complement the evening

Starlight Smoking Mirrors Dance Party - Thursday, July 27th, 6:30pm to 11:30pm, Croquet Lawn

Our definition of a fun-filled summer night! Celebrity Chef Andy Husbands (a first place winner at The World Champions of BBQ by Jack Daniels) will join Executive Chef James Hackney to prepare some of the best BBQ and summer favorites from the grill. Then put on your dancing shoes and join Boston's acclaimed DJ Scott on the Croquet Lawn while sipping Belvedere craft cocktails from our mixologists. Top off the evening with after-party snacks and sweet treats.

Cuba Libre - Thursday, August 10th, 6:30pm, Garden Terrace and Patios

Take a trip to Hemingway's retreat, Old Havana. Celebrity Chef Daniel Bojorques from La Brasa will join Executive Chef James Hackney and his team to prepare native foods. Our mixologists will serve traditional Cuban cocktails that have never lost their luster; Al Capone would be proud! Dance the night away to the sounds of the Cuban band VeraSon. Close the party with an authentic cigar!

Our Summer Fasion Show - Thursday, August 24th, 11:30am, Croquet Lawn

Enjoy a two-course champagne luncheon, prepared by Executive Chef James Hackney and fashions on the Bay. Entertainment provided by one of our favorite performers, Ray Greene. The perfect way to spend a summer afternoon!

Tango Anyone? - Thursday, September 7th, 6:00pm, Garden Terrace

Our culinary team and celebrity Chef Will Gilson from Puritan and Company will be grilling some amazing steaks and delighting you with south-of-the border creations paired with powerful Argentinian wines from Proemio, a renowned winery from Mendoza. Dinner will be followed by a tango performance featuring Rodolfo Zanetti's tango duo and dancers Maia Martinez and David Salvatierra.

In Celebration of Fall - September 21st, 6:00pm, Garden Terrace

On this first day of fall, Executive Chef James Hackney will take you on a tour of Europe featuring classics from the old world. Joining Executive Chef Hackney will be celebrity Chef Jason Santos from Butter Milk and Bourbon to prepare a four-course dinner paired with Bourbons from the Beam Family Small Batch Collection. Entertainment provided by solo guitarist/vocalist Ryan McHugh.
